Short Biography
No stranger to Central Florida, Shaun Hodo completed high school in the Orange County Schools District and subsequently, graduated from the University of Central Florida in Orlando. After working in the private sector for a few years, Shaun attended the Florida A&M University College of Law, where she earned several Book Awards and graduated Magna Cum Laude with her Juris Doctor degree. During law school, Shaun served on the editorial board of the Florida A&M Law Review as Business Managing Editor and interned at the Orange County Florida Attorney’s Office.
Following law school, Shaun worked for some of the nation’s largest and most prestigious law firms including AM Law Global 100 and NLJ 500 ranked law firms. Her varied experience includes representing national and multi-national corporations in multi-million dollar transactions, obtaining funding for major sports arenas, insurance litigation, community development districts, and assisting small to mid-sized businesses from the corporate formation stage to dissolution.
Currently, Shaun’s practice focuses on corporate and business law including contract drafting, corporate governance and compliance, and commercial lease negotiations, to name a few. She is a member of The Florida Bar as well as the Business Law Section of the Florida Bar. As an avid sports fan, however, you can find Shaun perpetually heartbroken by her Dallas Cowboys.
